Dr. Raouf leads the legal review that every Will passes through. He confirms the wording, checks that the instructions are internally consistent, and identifies which registration authority is appropriate before a client is asked to approve anything.

Where a distribution is mathematically or legally unclear, the work stops until it is corrected. That is the step an online form cannot perform.
