Assessment answers, account and identity details, matter information and documents, payment records, communications, and technical information such as device and log data.
To assess your enquiry, deliver an accepted service, meet legal and professional obligations, secure the platform and communicate with you about your matter.
Certain answers — including any answer indicating a capacity or influence concern — are restricted to authorised legal staff, are excluded from ordinary notifications and case lists, and are not used for marketing.
Where a question offers it, you may decline to answer. Declining may mean a matter is reviewed manually rather than continuing through the standard online pathway.
Service providers who help deliver the service under contract, the competent authority where submission requires it, and others where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.
We keep matter records for as long as necessary for the service, and afterwards for the periods required by law and professional obligation.
You may ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where the law permits. Contact info@uaeexpatwills.com.
Access is limited to staff who need it. Documents are exchanged through your secure account rather than by email once a matter is accepted.
