From free assessment to registration assistance

Nine steps. Each one states who acts — you, Summit's legal team, or the competent authority — because the difference matters and most services blur it.

  1. 01

    Complete the free assessment

    You

Answer a short set of questions about your connection to the UAE, your family and the general nature of your assets. No account is needed and no payment is taken.

  2. 02

    Receive your preliminary result

    Platform

The result indicates whether your circumstances may suit the standard online pathway, or whether the legal team should review the matter first.

  3. 03

Create your account and accept the engagement terms

    You

You are shown the proposed service, the professional fee and VAT, what the fee includes, the amendment allowance, known exclusions and the separate charge categories before you commit to anything.

  4. 04

    Pay the professional fee

    You

AED 10,000 plus VAT for one accepted standard Will. Payment starts the work; it does not register a Will and it is not an acceptance by any authority.

  5. 05

    Complete the detailed questionnaire

    You

Beneficiaries, executors, guardianship wishes where the route permits, assets and any existing documents. You can save and return; the questionnaire adapts to your answers.

  6. 06

    Upload your documents

    You

Passport, Emirates ID and any document relevant to the accepted scope. On a phone you can photograph them directly.

  7. 07

    Human legal review and drafting

    Summit

A legal professional reviews your instructions, confirms the appropriate wording and the recommended registration route, and prepares your draft.

  8. 08

    Review, amend and approve

    You and Summit

You read the draft, request the amendments included in your service and personally approve the final wording. Nothing is submitted anywhere until you have approved it.

  9. 09

    Registration preparation and submission

    The authority

We prepare and submit the application and explain the authority's requirements and its charge before you authorise payment to it. Identity verification, signing and attendance remain personal steps, and the authority completes registration under its current rules.

Who is responsible for what

Three parties, three sets of obligations. The authority column is the one most services leave out, and it is the reason no timetable can be guaranteed.
